How come some usernames can't be clicked? Have the profiles been deleted or something? Is that even possible?

Where? At the bottom of the page? With a Comment? etc.

Mostly in comments. Also when I try to PM the person their name doesn't pop up so I can't message them. 

Many comments on storygames are made by people who aren't logged onto the website. They are given the choice to choose the name they go by for the comment. The name they pick is what you see with the comment. Does that answer your question?

Maybe multiple people chose the same name to tag with their comments? Maybe it was the same person who just chose the same name all the time? Some people are very actively posting comments even though they don't have accounts. Maybe someone has chosen a name that happens to be the same as someone with an account?

I guess that clears it up a bit. Thanks for your help :)

Fazz specifically is mentioned in a lounge thread.  That screen name does not have a CYS account.
