The rating screen says that ratings outside the standard deviation are ignored in the calculation of the game rating. Depending on how this is interpreted, it could make the rating non-unique. Or are the mean and std dev computed on all ratings and then the mean is computed again only on those that fall into the standard deviation of the first mean. In this case giving a game a rating of 1 could in some cases increase the overall rating?
