January 1: 268 words. Of freewriting. Ugh. On the plus side, as long as I don't stop writing altogether, I can only improve on today. 9_9

Heh. No big deal, really, I'll just post daily instead of trying to keep it all in one thread. I don't know what I was thinking, nobody EVER listens. XD

No no, we need your post as an example to point and laugh at I mean, so other people don't make the same mistake! XD

I am no stranger to being laughed at.

Jan 1: Is it bad that two pages of writing today only equaled 386 words? x_x Of course, they were extra pages attached to a item, and over half of the words aren't recognizable.

January 2. 124 words. Going back to bed now. >_<
 

Jan 2: 505 words - one page. Only a little bit late posting.

It was quite hilarious. A bit unoriginal, but hilarious. Although usually it's with a drunk instead of someone who is hallucinating due to high fever.

January 3. 155. Brainstorming.

January 4. 127 words.

January 5: 109 words.

January 6: 0 words. On forums screwing around.

Heh. Where are you? By site time, you've still got plenty of time left in Jan. 6 to screw around some more I mean, write. XD

January 6th: 60+ pages. Haven't measured the words yet. Probably 500+.

January 6: 0 words. :(

Jan 7 - 621 words. Unfortunately it's just several paragraphs :/

Why unfortunate? That seems like good progress. Writing is (generally) a marathon, not a sprint. ^_^

Lately I've been busy (school, exams, etc) and thus, have been slacking on my writing, among other things. Every passing day I don't write, I lose more inspiration. Right now I'm in one branch of my story I haven't been able to escape, for like a week. I'm trying to write more so as to finish it up quickly so I can work on my other branches. Therefore, I hoped to write several pages today, not paragraphs. That wasn't clear at all in my log :p

Fair enough. I definitely think a daily writing habit is important... which is why my actual word count goal is so low. Short of days like yesterday, when I'd gotten zero sleep and worked an eight-hour day, I can generally find enough energy to write 100 words. And hopefully I'll be able to ramp that up once the daily habit is solid. ^_^

January 7: 151 words, freewriting again.
