Going to be making a puzzle for the contest. It's going to be one of those temple ones. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Let me get this straight. You don't have any ideas for the competition's theme, so you're trying to get other people to publicly post their own ideas on here that they could use for their own storygames instead? All this and you've provided no incentive whatsoever for them to give you help over everybody else who's entering the competition? What's wrong with you?

No? I have an idea. :I I just wanted any tips for what I should put as in VARIABLES and such... Wow. Didn't think you would go ham on me.. Anyways, I was just going to put the details...

 

Guess I can just put the details here?

1. It is called The Ancient Cookie.

2. I was going to give credit to anyone who gave me ideas...

3. There will be a score based system.

4. I don't really want you to put your own stories ideas. Just give me some tips and pointers.

5. I would like CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM when it is published, aswell.

Soooo yeah. I'm not really asking for you to help me specifically. You really don't have to. I just want some pointers. (I just joined like 30 minutes ago, after all.)

That's good then. Sorry for the outburst. I guess I was just annoyed because I thought that the same lazy idea-begging threads by people with no ideas themselves was starting to be a thing even for competition storygames.

It's cool. Glad we resolved it instead of having a flame war. :)

Well your story has my interest! I look forward to reading it and will be happy to share my thoughts once the competition is over.

If you are stuck with something, you can always check the 'Help & Info' section, I've found that quite useful on several occasions. Since you are making an Advanced Game it's pretty much essential.
