I hope so. I was hoping to have the player make a choice at the beginning of the game, that would determine what power they would recive.
Maybe there should be "sets" the player can choose from. Each one has a power and you learn skills as you level up. But maybe the player makes the set and then the GM writes the skills you learn later on.....
Oh wait. Superhero RPG, not superhero storygame. never mind. Besides, we should stop getting derailed.
