Youre playing as Shiroto Harrold Levern, a student of the infamous Shimezaki Boys High School. Here, you’re studying at this high school since the first day of school and you often meet Kaylene Vie Hopecraft who studies in a sister high school called Amano Tsubomi Girls High School.
You’ve dated her for a long time ever since you met her and soon you wanted to propose her before Valentine‘s Day.
But, an unknown organization force everyone from Shimezaki Boys High School (Including You) and Amano Tsubomi Girls High School (Including your Girlfriend) to be knocked out cold by a gas and locked all access to both High Schools.
After a few hours, you and your friends participate in a gruesome killing game called Love Sick and you must survive this game and make correct decisions and soon you‘ll (eventually) meet your girlfriend or someone else and soon decided in “Death Kiss Trial” whether or not you kiss her or you kill her. Be the last one survive, and regain your long lost love in....
