In the future, humans are just one of many races in the galaxy, they have lived with the SilverRoid, Apox and many minor civilizations for centuries, occasionally there were wars, but nothing like this. Slight hostilities have escalated dramatically to a fully fledged war of the races. Only one civilization can survive in this galaxy now...

I get that, but it is still going to make a massive commotion in the economy for a few days after (and I was exaggerating a bit on my last post).

Point Ladder! on 9/19/2014 8:18:15 PM

Yeah... We don't want the MAG point gods ruining the fun of a point ladder. ;-)

Point Ladder! on 9/19/2014 8:16:47 PM

Maybe, not all of this has to be exact, top 10 or 20 does sound more reasonable, but what about the 'my stuff point ladder' to compare you to other members around your point level...

Point Ladder! on 9/19/2014 3:44:01 AM

I was thinking about how to make points on the site more interesting and 'suspenseful' or maybe just playing minecraft, when I thought of having a 'point ladder' with maybe the top 50 on the front page, and others closest to your point level shown on your points section of the my stuff section, just to add a bit of suspense. After all, stories are suspenseful (sometimes), and this site is about stories...

Yep, if the yes votes wins, everyone in Europe  is going to drop dead when they see the world economy and the stock markets the day after (and all the yes voters will go 'ah... whoops?'). Personally I don't like the idea of a monarchy, but I hate the idea of a global crisis even more.

Hey guys on 9/15/2014 5:59:51 AM

Google translate... That is a BAD SITE! Idioms (bits of text that cannot be directly translated to, or that have a completely different meaning in another language) are a big problem with google translate, other ideas would be much better. PS, I'm writing this from personal experience.

Scripting problems on 9/9/2014 2:06:40 AM

New it was just some silly mistake (typical of me),  thanks all!

Scripting problems on 9/8/2014 4:52:18 AM

Ok, so this seemed like a basic task but something has obviously gone wrong (knowing me it's most like just a tiny little silly mistake) and I can't seem to fix it. Ok, so I am making a last page link with a map (item). In the map item scripting section, I have put the code %LASTPAGE := $PAGEID. When this map is selected, you go to a different chapter where you can get information about different places around the game. On the starting page of this map I have a back link (for when you have finished going through the links and looking at different areas, these other pages have back links going to the page that comes before them) that has the link script $DEST := "@P" + "%LASTPAGE". But for some reason this script doesn't seem to work, the first one works fine at setting the variable, but the link to go back doesn't work! Have I done something wrong in the scripting, is it something about it being a different chapter or is this a bug?

Both, you will have opportunities to complete one on one fights with opponents as well as sending your forces to attack certain planets.
