I made this account when I was 13 or so, in the dark time known as "middle school" or "junior high." This was a time in which I was not wise in the ways of computers and Internet, and when I was annoying and obsessed with anime. If you see any posts/etc. that reflect such a personality, you will know why, and (hopefully) not hold it against me to this day. >_<;;;

re:picture troubles on 3/26/2005 11:14:44 AMIt worked, but it's just weird. Changing the file extensions under the Rename option worked for the other ones. Oh well, I'm just happy it worked =)

There's a picture I'm trying to upload, but it just refuses to load. It says that is has a .bmp file extension, but it doesn't! All my other pictures loaded up. I had to change some from .jpg to .jpeg for them to load, but this particular one won't load. I've tried making it a little smaller and I've tried making the extensions .jpg, .jpeg, and .gif, but it still won't load. Help? Any other extensions I can try?

Ok, now it loaded since I saved the pic as jpg. (That's not including my avatar). My game still won't change to advanced, though...

As for the pic-it's a BMP file, could that be a reason why it won't load?

If I try to change the game into an advanced game, either the page won't load (the browser will tell me I can't view the page), or it will go to the "Uh oh...you broke it!" page. If it does load, I'll go back to the editor page to edit the adventure, and nothing will have changed, and it says it's still in normal mode.

Why can't I upload pictures or make advanced games? I have tried to several times, but the site won't let me (or something. Basically, I can't.)
