You are supreme dictator of a inter-galactic government, known as the Federation. You, however, inherited the ruling throne at just the wrong time--civil unrest is increasing and the ever-looming threat of the "other," known as the Union, expanding. Will you be the fall of the Federation? Or will it, under you, prosper?  

To "win" this game you must get one of three "Good Epilouge." To officially "Lose" you must get one of the "bad epilouge's." During the course of the game you will be given numerous scenarios to comprehend and act on; each will have its bonuses and consequences. You have to balance 5 factors: The People/Federation, the Alien Species, the Church, and the Union. 

The year is 2198. The world is at war. Governments are falling. Nukes are dropping. And you are the one they say can stop all this madness.
