Global Page Background
11 years ago
For some reason $PAGETEXT := $PAGETEXT + "<'Image URL'>" Won't work. I replaced
'Image URL'
with various url's to images of seamless paper texture. I put it in Global Script as well (which is the right place to put it) am I doing something wrong? Is there an easier way to make a global background for all pages? I'm going off of Zikara's article about creative title pages. I can do it for individual pages, but for some reason global page images will not work. Did she mean for me to replace
PAGETEXT
with a variable? I really don't want to go through all my pages of my story just to change the page background in order to make the story more aesthetically pleasing.

Because you have to say
<body background="URL">
Not just the url.
