Not exactly sure where to post this, but... Is there any way to get the spellcheck to add something to the dictionary here or turn it off on certain pages? I understand that help with gramer is great, but It's slowing down my computer in one of the storygames I'm writing, particularly when I'm phonetically spelling an accent.

The lag isn't incredibly bad, but it really throws me off my rhythm. Is there any way to stop the madness?

In the upper right hand corner of your text box, you will see this outlined in blue

"ABC"

Click that, then click disable SCAYT.

 

Spell something wrong - keep it spelled wrong - right click the wrongly spelled word - if you're using the CYS spell-checker, there might be an option to turn it off when you right click the wrongly spelled word. If you're using an external program (such as Microsoft) which has an automatic spell checker, you can right click the wrongly spelled word and click "Add to dictionary" or "More options" should take you to a help page for Microsoft where it will instruct you how to turn off automatic spell checker.

I haven't used the CYS spell-checker in a long time, I'm not sure what I did to disable it though.

Nice handwriting..  I do understand that that's in the post section, but is it in the storygame part?
