Picture trouble

I have uploaded pictures into the my pictures section on my stuff . This works fine . I have given items pictures and everything . However I cannot put a picture on a actual page . I click the my pictures icon and it comes up with my pictures , but the pictures never get displayed . I have put pictures on my pages before in "The machine" game but doesn't work now. Won't even let me see the pictures let alone select them. It should also be noted that I upgraded my IE web browser , but I have tried it on google chrome , and it didn't work there either . Help?

Edit:

It works now but only in firefox . I wonder why it doesn't work in Internet explorer?  annoying or what considering I don't like firefox. :(

It doesn't work on Safari either.

Yeah, features can become obsolete due to new browser code. For instance, it used to be that when you hovered over trophies, a little bubble would come up with explanation (user trophies would include the reason for the trophy win and points/rating trophies would give amounts) but that was lost in browser upgrades. If alexp ever becomes super rich, I'm sure he'll come back around and fix everything. Until then, he's focusing on websites that actually generate revenue.

Read the part on uploading through image hosting in this article - even though it might be a hassle to upload pictures on other websites there are many advantages to putting pictures in your story this way.
