When I attempt to enter the site URL into the address bar, my computer goes to this page:

The resource cannot be found.

Luckily, I'm able to circumvent this by typing in the link to the forums on my address bar. The front page itself doesn't seem to be down since when I click on the "Home" tab, it sends me to the front page, but when I click the banner at the top of the screen, it sends me back to the error page.
Edit: Also, I'm using Google Chrome
