Hello CYS members!
I'm trying to get used to drawing digital, so I would like somebody or anybody to give me a small little suggestion on what I could draw! Nothing inappropriate!
It might not be the best, but I'm trying! :D
A rabbit in a tailcoat.
Aw, adorable. ^-^
Do you want him (or her) to be mysterious?
Of course! There is no other type of rabbit in a tailcoat!
Sorry that it's small. ;-;
Wait, then how does Hatter's Sketchbook hold up MHD's pictures?
Well, you see, it's all due to this one code called "<Img src='URL'>". This fun little guy displays the image remotely while it is being hosted on another site.
For example, if I put in the code:
The following image is displayed:
Alternatively, if you are currently using the Rich Text Editor (which I assume you are if you're using CYS to host pictures), You can just click on the lil landscape photo thing right above the "Size" option and paste the link to the image in there.
I hope that this helps you understand.
I'm a little confused, but I'll probably get it sooner or later.
Thank you! :3
Also, I right-clicked Sir Jackson, but I only had these options.
"Open Image into New Tab, Save Image As..., Copy Image, Copy Image Adress, and Inspect"
I know, right? That rabbit so smexy. We'll call him Sir Jackson for now. ^-^
Can you draw a duck holding a rifle with a beret on it's head?
I added a hint of gore to it.
Amazing hahaha. Thanks for the drawing!
No problem! c:
Could you possibly upload it to imgur or something for a better resolution? I would like to use it as my pfp on another forum if you don't mind :)
OK! How do you get a full resolution image? I logged on to Imgur and posted the Scary Duck image, but how do I get a full resolution image?
I copied the image address. This is what I got.
A Scary Duck
Did I do it?
... Did you intend to make it that small?
I wanted it to be small to save up a little space, but it might be too small.
But, I thought I was a shitty artist.
Can a YT video help me?
I'm not sure what you can still be confused about. You draw the picture, you post the picture to imgur or something, and you show the picture here. There's no resizing or anything needed.
I'm getting the hang of it! >.>
But, I do wonder how to get the full resolution image.
The image should be at full resolution when you've finished drawing. There shouldn't be a problem. Unless, y'know, you're resizing them after you've finished drawing.
The full res image is literally just the finished product of your drawing after you drew it. You upload that drawing to imgur or a similar file sharing site and send the link, or embed the link however that works on these forums.
A Scary Duck - Crvs' Profile
It's still really pixelated for some reason :/
Pimped out baby yoda?
I have a question. What does "pimped" mean?
Just some chains and sunglasses work. Maybe add his cane, but more fancy? Honestly, that's a good question. Go crazy with it, A.L!
Crazy is my middle name! Along with wholesome.
Baby Yoda might come out like shit, but the accessories will be decent. Is that OK?
I forgot to put my signature in there! D:
Just pretend it's there. ;-;
... What is this... "webp" extension...? Instead of having something like "BabyYoda.jpg" or "BabyYoda.png" it's something like "BabyYoda.webp".
A few questions:
Are you using a computer, or a tablet, or a phone or something to draw these?
What app do you use to draw these?
If you can, can you walk me through the process of uploading them?
(sorry if I sound mean, just trying to help)
Don't worry, I sound mean sometimes, too. ;-;
1. I'm using a computer (BUT WANT A TABLET SO BAD)
2. puddlebunni suggested Medibang so I tried it. Medibang is now the program I use.
So, in Medibang, we draw the drawing (XD) then press "Save As...". You can convert the file into a JPG, PNG, and a GIF. I usually convert the drawing into a PNG. I then upload the PNG to Imgur.
Hm... then why the HECC is it showing up as a webp...
this is weird
My computer might be broken-
It's nothing to do with your pc, it's the way you're uploading the picture to the forum. Webp is basically a smaller version of PNG which is why it's so pixelated. Try looking up "convert webp to png/jpg" in google and use one of the converters.
No problem! :D
He'll hate me for this (probably)
I'll give it a shot.
Lol, it does look like it.
What the hell-
Yep, I had Shuffle Puck Cafe for the Amiga 500, but the version displayed is for the Mac.
Draw my sona!
Of course! Is it a boy or a girl?
He's male. He looks like this.
I'll draw him right away!
(This might be a little challenging since I've never drawn monsters or hybrids before. ;-;)
Hopefully it ends up being good practice, then!
Wasn't the best, but I hope you like it! :)
Aw, thank you! :3
I do think I am doing a pretty good job with drawing digitally! ^-^
I still am having trouble posting the image onto the forum so it can be displayed.
Can you or Tim (or anyone) help me with that?
Aw, I think you did great (especially considering what I threw at you and that you're tabletless). You won't get any criticisms from me, but I hope you've been able to pinpoint the parts you yourself aren't happy with. Knowing is half the battle, after all!
I'm glad you like it! :D
(I could've done better on the torso, it looked like shit. ;-;)
pusheen? they can be doing anything
For uniqueness, name 1 hobby you like doing.
I'm actually surprised you don't know what a Pusheen is, mizal. But, it's this cute fat grey cat doing various things (like eating, for example)
Your art is not bad, you know. Certainly beyond what I would call beginners' work.
I also have a request:
A regular-looking person, but with a prosthetic arm that looks homemade, as if constructed out of spare parts and scrap. However advanced the arm is or how talented the person is in designing the arm is up to you--I am excited to see how you interpret this!
Thank you! But...
On Imgur, my pimped out baby yoda has 7 dislikes. ;-;
Run their fades
I'm willing to bet the dislikes are from people who searched for Baby Yoda art--y'know, those Wholesome 100 Cute Heartwarming Baby Yoda wanting nuggies kind of people. I wouldn't take that individual picture's ratings seriously, considering the people who care enough to look up Baby Yoda pictures.
There you go
Looks nice! For a second, I thought the arm was doing something of a flea leg.
Actually, hang on, I might have a draft of exactly that on hand.
e/ Okay, the previous image was so large it broke the page, so here is a much smaller, crappier image.
Thanks Tim. I owe you one. ;-;
Let me try again:
Oh, I did it! Yay! :D
