I've wanted this for quite a while, but now that doing this could actually be a possibility....

The PM option on this site is nice and all, but it's rather annoying how you can't bold, underline, etc. You also can't send pictures, change fonts, font size and the such. 

I would like to propose the modernization of PMs and allowing these sorts of features. If it's possible to have a feature that allows users to message several people the same message, that'd be nice as well.

I like this idea.

I think multiple messages have been brought up before. Good idea in theory but it's been pointed out that it could be easy to abuse.

All the formatting stuff though, yes, absolutely. No idea how difficult this would be to implement though, and of course I'm not sure where it would fall on the priority list for 3J. Though hopefully he manages to keep up this insanely productive phase he's in awhile longer...

You're right. A troll/spammer could abuse that. When I mentioned it, I was thinking more about the organization aspects of it (group project; instead of copying and pasting, they could just send to all members). But if people wanted to do that, they could easily use Discord or Hangouts.

I'm completely behind this! I've been wanting the multiple user chat for a while now, and the rest is really useful too.
