The Admins should be able to sticky important threads so that they don't get buried in the various forums.

I agree with this and hope it's something that gets implemented at some point, but it's been suggested before here and something similar here.

Killa said it looked doable with tables or something.

In theory all i should need to have to do is keep track of stickied threads and order them first when the list is made.

It's about fucking time.
