So is this story sexist?

I was reading through the one over at CoG, it's in the link in the first post in the thread.

Clicky.

Besides the comments I already made on it, I personally I don't see anything excessively wrong with it (But then I'm a bad bad man).

However I always love it when people create stories like this over there because you always get a loud crowd condemning the story with pitchforks and torches. This thread looks like it will be no different, if it continues the way it looks to be going.

Not necessarily, other than the very same sort of meat-oggling silent abuse women have put up with for centuries. The thing is, while it doesn't necessarily respect women, I don't see it outwardly spitting on them either. I mean, they're fighting, while men who are into that kind of thing look on. At least they're courteous about it and save physical violence for special occassions and places like this. Male kids would have beaten the ever-loving shit out of each other whenever it would be deemed legal, be it in genuine hatred or in teasing fakery, and Men wouldn't use a ring, and use violence only when extremely pissed, or told to. (Mainly because they are bad at arguing if they aren't typing or writing it down, I find.) Even myself, I usually save my battles for the virtual realm, where I can harshly and unnecessarily roast fellow human beings who I find displeasing, rather than digging for words in my real-life brain, which knows little more than soon-to-be-regurgitated school shit and pitiful writing abilities.

Everyone already knew she raped the Eternal (Well most people here that keep up with the update thread anyway).

It was NecroKnight who wanted a deeper relationship with Mistress and an ending where you wind up with her.

Really? I read it as the eternal raping her, after all, he had just beaten her n a fight, cut her, I think removed some clothing, and then she was on all fours, sweating on the ground while the eternal pondered killing/raping her. (at least, that's how I remember it)

She was pretty much egging him on while they were fighting and daring him to "ravish" her, it probably seemed like it was the Eternal raping her, but in reality she was still holding all the cards since she turned it all around and got the upper hand.

I suppose it was sort of rough "consensual sex" and delving into S&M territory but the effects of it on the Eternal's mind are pretty negative along with the many other times she messes with the Eternal later get sort of rapey/stalkerish on her part.

Well just as I predicted, that thread over there turned into torches and pitchforks.

The author isn't doing nearly enough to defend his mindrape humilation story though. Come on you bum, get in the fight! Lol.

And the ones going against this shaming claims it's rape.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape

I don't really see forced entry of the genitals.  Just public shaming...

Now that that's outta the way, I do have to admit, the shaming styles on the main character seems a bit sudden.  Aren't they scared that they're gonna get put in court for sexual harassment?  XD

I sort of asked a similar question to the author about the first girl you lose against who seemingly has mind control powers, but he never actually replied.

I can only imagine this story can't be taking place in reality and public humiliation (sexual or otherwise) is like saying hello in that world.

Yeah I think it is more like sexual harassment not rape

seems more like something that belongs on chyoo.com than choice of games.

In all honesty, it reminds me of that perverted game in the style of Soul Calibur where they fight to knock each other's clothes off... I think it was Rape Fighters, or something of the like. Basically ripoffs and gender flips of anime characters with +10 pornographic voluptuousness... (It's games like these that make me glad I'm the only kid on the planet who bothered to keep his PS2...)

Hell, sometimes the Soul Calibur series was basically only one step away from Rape Fighter considering you could knock your opponents' clothing off at least to their underwear (Including Amy who was supposed to be 12).

Even Nightmare, who's basically made out of his clothing?

Nightmare is sexy.

Lol, I think Nightmare and Agol were exceptions. Probably the Star Wars characters as well.

I just remember though playing Soul Calibur 4 PvP a lot with my wife and our clothing was always getting knocked off to the point where we were basically fighting the rest of the match in our underwear.

Didn't really matter with characters like Ivy and Voldo I guess though since they're practically fighting in S&M garb to begin with.

You play video games? You struck me as the sort who would raise the dead and hook up controllers and AIs to their nerves so you could have a more immersive experience, or did it start to smell bad when you tried it?
