I was making a story game and I thought it should have a prolog but I jut made the first chapter and there isn't a way you can choose which Chapter is the first. So I had had to delete that chapter. 

My idea is there's a way we're you can choose what the first chapter is then you wouldn't have to worry off you just had the idea for a prolog

In the Advanced Editor you can select the page that you want to be your start page.  The option is just above the page list in Chapters & Pages.

You can put your prolog anywhere in the first chapter (the one with id 1) and set it as the "Chapter Start Page" then link to the first page of your story from there.
