You can make a .html file, and make tags and such on a nonwebsite.

Simply create a new text file, change the extension to .html (google how to do that), and then open it. Hold shift and right click it, and open as, and open it in notepad. Now when you put some work in and save the notepad, you can press f5 whichll refresh the page. Google the href tag, to see what went wrong, and you'll find other tags you can use.

offpoint, And that was still more advanced and useful then a certain someones youtube clicky bit. Honestly, that was weaksauce to the nth degree
