Hello, my user name is revern05. I'm happy to be here on chooseyourstory.com. I've been to other sites similar to this, however, this site seems to be more user friendly. I look forward to being a part of this community.

I am, although I must admit, I don't know where to start.

I'd suggest reading some of the top rated storygames first before starting your own, if you're interested in writing your own, just to get a feel for the format. Unless you've been reading CYOA's for a while, then uhh, good game. There are a bunch of articles under help and info if you're confused with anything or want ot learn more. Feel free to pm me any time with questions or anything else, though I'm not always the best person to ask since I'm a n0ob as well, but I'll try my best! Best of luck!

But anyway, reading and reviewing the top rated games is the best place to start. Gives you an idea of what's possible and the quality level people are looking for, and it's just good to spend a little time getting a feel for the site before you dive into your own projects IMO.

Once you do start writing, don't be shy about stopping by the Writing Workshop, you can get good feedback and advice there and sometimes we stop people from making terrible mistakes.

Thank you. I have tid bits of ideas for writing, but I think I will take your advice and read some top rated stories. That will hopefully help bring my Ideas together and spark new ones. Any suggestions on what story I should start with?
