Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but does anyone know where I might get English->Japanese translators. Ones not using google translate, that is?

Unless you're willing to pay money, google translate is your best friend. If you're willing to pay money your best bet is probably to use freelancers from places like fivver or upwork.
