i think we should have a friends list where we can add frinds and stuff

Eh, then this would become a social site like Facebook or Myspace and it would most likely lead to arguments, social cliques, poor grammar etc...

That's a bit of an understatement...
There is no need for a friends list what purpose would it server? Would it tell you when your friends are online? Thats usless becuase we can just look at the bottom of the page and it tells you.
