Myth debunker: changelings, as they are often called, do not have an innate ability to morph into whatever they want, they have to learn how first. For anything. And I haven't learned how to change in to a chinchilla yet.

What constitutes a species? Why can't I declare myself to be of a species named Safarius Joeus.

By the way, a few months ago, I hunted a beast which had a behind of an elephant, and the front of a horse. From then on, I lost belief in the concept of "species".

A species(in the sense that we're using) is an animal that can reproduce with others of its kind to make more of its kind. I highly doubt, even if there is another Safari Joe, that you and he could reproduce. :p
