I'm assuming that you mean hit points. You'll need to use the advanced editor and variables for that.

Oh, and could you tell me how to make a link unclickable?

Just click the Show When Not Available checkbox on the first page of Link Restrictions and then give it a restriction it cannot meet (such as SCORE < 0)

Just remember not to use a restriction like Score > 320000000000000000 because numbers too large will cause errors.
