No it is not though it has parodies like any other genera it has some very serious stuff. You should watch death note or C the money of possibilities and control if you want serious. 

Of course there is funny and romance and monster stories. If you are looking for something more risque there is harems as well. 

To me, it's not. If yer gonna be a hater, don't comment on this forum, I made this for people who like anime, if you want, watch Fullmetal Alchemist, Vampire Knight, Soul Eater, or Elfen Lied, thats what I like, not trying to force you to like anime, if you don't want, then don't

Not hating, just don't like anime, (and saying something is weird is not an insult, it just means that it's weird, and you have to admit that anime is weird)

I'm a fan of Cowboy Bebop, Inuyasha, and the original Season 1 Pokemon. So no hate here, just waiting to see an Anime themed joke is all  ;)

In the game the most PP move in the game is with pikachu he uses down and b so it summons a lightning bolt down and hits everyone backward near him he does it fast enough that its a complete shit that wins every time.

Amazing how this killed Solid Snake.

The Byakugan is a special ability running through the Hyuga family, it allows the user to see through anything, normally inside a person so they can find their pressure points.

That being said, you should realize that video was entire satirical, and not at all what anime is actually like.
