When you click on "My Stuff," what is the "switch to edit view" button in the top right corner for?

In all honesty, I don't know. I've kept away from that button and, to be honest, have only rarely glimpsed at it. Might be worth asking someone who likes to customize their profile... Ford, maybe?

Once you're in the Edit View, I believe you are supposed to be able to add Web Parts to the page - I'm not sure if it actually works, but basically you'd be able to add other things from the My Stuff tab to the front of My Stuff.

To put it in perspective, I would click My Stuff - which default displays storygames - press edit view - change the default My Stuff display to show me anything under the My Stuff tab; such as pictures, messages, saves, notepad, points and all the other stuff that you would normally have to click multiple times to get to.

I think it's a way of resourcefulness in having everything that you look at most often in one default list - instead of having to normally click through mystuff, then click notepad to see what you left as a note, you'd simply click Mystuff and you'd see everything you need listed in an orderly fashion of efficiency and practicality.

However, I don't believe it works - if it does, perhaps only for certain browsers. I'll look into it, since I'm interested as well. I haven't done anything to test this - I've only asked 3J(? might've been march or madglee or someone else) a while ago, and didn't really understand what he was saying at the time.

If you need more clarification, I can provide a better explanation. However my knowledge on this is quite limited, since I don't think it does what it's supposed to do.



Edit:: Doesn't work on Chrome or IE11, doubt it works for Firefox at this point.

That's a bummer it doesn't work.  But it's a cool concept!

Nope. Doesn't work in Firefox.

Odd. A few years back I was able to edit it in firefox.
