I know that if delete them off your pictures under "My Stuff" they won't work, that makes sence. However I want to know, that if you delete the pictures you used in a game of your computer will that do anything, or is it alright because the pictures are under "My Stuff".

Yes, that is alright to do.  Otherwise, I would have a hard time with the pictures I have using two computers.  The system makes a copy I'm guessing and you can do anything you want to the origional w/o it affecting the copy.
