I don't know how to italicize or bold my text, kinda new to the site.

If you highlight the text you want to bold of italicize and click the B or I icon in the upper right of the text editor menu bar, it should do it for you.

If you're using the default plain text editor, you would use HTML for italics and bold (and any other special formatting.)

If you need help with html formatting, I recommend w3schools.  Here is their page for bolding

Italics and bold tags are the only things 95% of authors will ever use.

Between that and posting links and images on the forum, it feels very comfy and fitting that all I need to know for CYS I learned from my Mega Man fan site on geocities in the 6th grade.
