Go to MY STUFF ( on the left ) , then click MY STORYGAMES. There will be a button that says "Create Storygame" or something similar to that. Click there then start typing.

writing workshop is mostly for story concepts and ideas. this is more about the mechanics of making a game. therefore, a newbie question.
