Do you mean the title, or the text above it? If you're talking about the title, you can remove it by naming the page </div> (thanks to Zikara for that). If you're talking about the stuff above it, as far as I know there's no way to get rid of the CYS banner at the top. As for the text under it, you could always set the background colour of the page to the same colour as the text to make it invisible, however this wouldn't really be getting rid of it.

Mind you, you'd have to put up with the background of your storygame being a orangey-brown instead of white.

Ah okay - nah, no way to change that. I can't really remember the order of things, JJJ could probably give you an answer but I know at 1000 EXP you become Novelist, at 1500 EXP you become Apprentice Scrivener, at 2000 EXP you become Journeyman Scrivener and at... I think it's 3000, though it might be 4000 you become Grandmaster of the Written Word.
