Too small an update for the NEWS & UPDATES, but FWW accepts are no longer always 20 points. They can be whatever we decide.

i think thats a good decision.

my smilies idea shouldnt be worth 20 points if it was accepted which i dont think it was anyway. however, i think that certain requests to change the site drastically should be worth up to 20 points at least.
