Don’t know about the chimp, but that’s not a Jack Chick movie. The preacher just looks a little like him and given some of Jack’s comics, it's easy to think that this is a movie version of one of those.
There’s supposed to be a movie based on Jack Chick’s Dark Dungeon that got kickstarted though.
Speaking of Jack Chick, he just recently died in October.
Truly a great loss to the Christian fundamentalist world, because Jack just didn’t tell you that you were going to burn in hell, he actually drew a picture of a faceless slender man like deity sitting on a throne having his angels THROW you in there just so it illustrated the point!
Plus he did some cool end of the world revelation style tracts like this one.
