I haven't read Eternal since I first found the site 2 years ago, and my GOD, it's even better than I remember. I feel like we all need to take a second and thank Endmaster for that masterpiece because I cannot believe it took me that long to decide to go back and reread. The thing that surprised me the most was how much I felt like I was aging with the character as the story went along. It's almost as if End had been through those lifetimes themselves, and quite frankly it's the level of writing I will only ever aspire to achieve. Easily one of the most immersive stories on the site, and well deserving of number one overall.

Time to reread all of End's works now.

Id recommend Rogues next. Since youve read and are going to re-read all of Endmasters stories, it would be cool if you could make a post about what you think of them second time around compared to the first. Maybe some different emotions or perspectives arising from the same events? That would be cool to hear about.

Eternal is amazing. Rogues is a good suggestion, too. I'll just add that whenever you get around to Necromancer, you should play through the whole thing, but barring that at least get to the "winning" God of Death ending where you straight up kill everyone. Immediately after discovering this ending, you should play Death Song. It makes the whole ordeal a truly emotional, even mind-wrecking experience.

Today, I decided to read Innkeeper. It seemed a little less daunting than Rogues, I'm thinking of it as a warm-up. This is my first time reading it.

It definitely doesn't feel like Endmaster wrote it. Not that that's a bad thing, but it seems like it may have been one of End's first times trying not to be incredibly dark, twisted, and/or offensive. Still a very nice game, but I feel like I should say that there isn't as much branching. Most wrong options lead to a 'you'll never know' ending, which I took as losing. 

Still, it is one of Endmaster's stories, so the writing is up to par (and more than that) and I really enjoyed reading it.

Rogues is next.

Oh yeah, I keep forgetting Innkeeper is End's story. It's up there with the necromancer/death song combo for sure. Totally different vibe. Loved it.
