Questions about a storygame? Thoughts on Eternal? Any other IF you're playing out there?

Controversy! Games or Stories?

I've been making a lot of GAMES recently. Not stories, games, like Legend of Merchantalism (not done as of yet) and Siege II (remake of SIEGE, also a game). Is there a problem or controversy or moral crime with making GAMES on this story-making site? What I mean more generally is, am I, or any others, looked down upon for making GAMES rather than stories?

I was thinking about this. I made an argument a while back saying "there are hardly any stories on this site, compared to games" and I was going to post something about it, but then I realised I would be digging my hole deeper.

Stories are linear. As in, no choices at all. Storygames are a combination of the two (eg. Mattias, Light Space, nearly every game on the site), and then there are just plain games (like your Siege, Anubis). Every storygame on here has some game aspect in it, even the ones with only one possible path to win.

We dont need to go any further with this... (Moved to Parlor Room)

Most of mine are stories. Especially the one I am working on now.
