Better than expected!

Looking at the ratings, story length, and that this story is another zombie apocalypse survival story, I did not expect much from this storygame. While it doesn't really bring anything new, it was an enjoyable game to play.

The writing was done well enough, and I didn't notice anything that really distracted me from the story. It was paced fairly well, and seemed to move in a logical direction.

Some areas of this game felt a bit linear and returned me to a previous page before moving forward. As short as this story was, it could have benefited from more choices, branching, and story in general.

However, whatever shortcomings this story may have, I had fun playing it, and that is the whole point after all. With more added, it could have been pretty good.

Overall, a short, enjoyable story.

I loved it. The idea was amazing but it would have been better if you could use the ítems in your bedroom.

The description of the story makes it seem like it has at least a moderate amount of endings but it only has 3 death, master, and complex

I would rate it higher if things didn't end so abruptly.

I have played several zombie story games on this site. I have read some that were excellent and some that were REALLY bad. This was enjoyable. The writing was done well, but I have to say I kind of was just getting started, and then it abruptly ended. Not much resolution or hope for the future. If that was your intention- to kind of leave us in the zombie emergency state at the conclusion of the story, I am curious as to the thought behind that. It feels as though you just got tired of putting more pages into it.
Nevertheless, well done! Solid middle rating.

Guess I'm a biker boy now. But in all seriousness, it was really good.

And the compound is ran by a dictator army captain, and he and his cadre fight the civilians for control of the compound, this of course after the general collapse of the chain of command, society, and supply lines, but the civvies outnumber them, overtake the military at the compound, and set up a communal life...The true story awaits.

i got hurray! at the end but unfortunately the photo at the end is apparently "no longer available"???

Yay! I got the best ending! I usually don't even like zombie games, but this has inspired me to read some more zombie stuff.

Not bad, not bad at all. The writing was fairly linear and predictable making this a typical zombie game but there were no glaring faults in it. There wasn't anything particularly amazing either but it was decent :)

I survived with the bikers! My first time living on any of these.

considering its your first and that ive never made a story myself give it a 6 but 7 and 8 are like if you have something amazeing.

A good story, but it could have been much longer. The detail was perfect, but it was a big let-down that the story ended after a few pages

Certainly a nice little story game! There are a couple small grammar mistakes but overall, well edited. Maybe you could find more uses for the items in the future? 5/8

well,if you added a bit more detail, and possible some scripting, it could turn out REALLY good.

i think that if this became part of a series maybe write a sequel you have a lot of potential here. I gave it a six not necessarily because of the game but because of what you could do with it.

No pride in getting the best ending,no motive to keep playing,and only shells of characters. But it isn't the worst.

I give this a 5/8. I would have given it a higher score, except for the fact that it's too easy and pretty short. I got the best ending on my very first run through in about five minutes. Still fairly well written and entertaining though. I'm going to play through again and see what happens when I fight zombies instead of running.

I liked it. It was well written and put together for a first story :). I suggest making it so that the player has to 'use' the items at times(like the bat), rather than just carry them. And the best ending is interesting. I hope you expand and build on it, since I'd like to see what happens after the best ending ;)

The best ending... didn't really feel like an ending.

as a story its pretty good for a first try, but as a zombie story is was on the low end.

5, make it longer, more options, more details, you know the drill, otherwise it was pretty decent.

Not a bad little zombie romp =)

Not that bad for a first game.

I would suggest adding items that the reader can actually use, more pictures of zombies(There are tons of them online. Just try Google images and upload them), and try to make it longer.

On the other hand, you had decent grammar(Always a plus) and this was not just some generic zombie game with a macho man cursing his head off while shooting zombies for the heck of it. The way you told the story was also pretty good.

Good, better than a haledakota story, but if you could add length, you might as well make a story on par with Dungeon Stompage.
