Player Comments on Basic History/Geography Quiz

I'm ninety percent sure a fascist wrote this quiz or someone who had way too much caffeine when they wrote this up. I mean as far as quizzes go this was filled with cringe humor and some concerning questions. Not to mention I could probably look up most of the answers to these questions and get a better score but I'm not going to.

A quiz that's sole purpose is memorization excluding the terrible humor, and not analyzing like riddles or existential like some quizzes on the site is not a very good quiz. I say this because a quiz based on something I can look up from the convenience of my smartphone doesn't intrigue me. You need to have an outside element to the quiz that supplements it or promotes deeper thought, and the author does neither of these things.

The only alternative the author tries is humor with some disturbing images, to be frank. I absolutely do not recommend this quiz.

I learnt none of this at school, so it’s not that basic. Standard quiz game. I gave it a 3, as that’s my default rating for quizzes.

Usually I find history quizzes stale and boring. Especially for a CYS which it's sole purpose is to entertain. But I liked the humour thrown in here once in a while. It kept me invested enough to finish the quiz.

Unfortunately I do not know what I got wrong or right due to the answers not being shown. So I didn't really learn as much as I could have. 4/8.

Your attempt at comedy distracted from what could have been a relatively okay quiz. That and, I wasn't able to see the answers made me give a low rating.

More enthusiastic use of pictures than your average quiz and very challenging questions but I liked the humour. :)

Makes me want to study. But again, this is school we're talking about.

Anyways, this is a good quiz altogether, but some of pictures and font size is way too small. OR too big. You never know for sure. But anyways, good job! SPice things up a bit with jokes!

This has the elements that make a quiz interesting. There are a few problems, though, namely the size of the pictures on question 8.
