An intriguing story. It shows just how well, different the world can be in other parts of it.

What you read almost starts to become unbelievable to even fathom. But, wow. You've certainly picked an interesting story to go with for this story-game of yours, enter.

It was more entertaining than expected for being something you just shit out in the last hours that you almost decided not to bother with at all. And I think it's the most straightforwardly written thing I've ever seen from you given you had no time for your usual tryhard ways.

I hope you're not too much of a gay bitch to expand and finish this.

I’m going to be honest, this story game isn’t really for me. I googled the main character a little and read a little about him, but I don’t think the humor is for me. I would recommend anyone give it a shot, because I assume it’s a “you find it funny or you don’t” kind of thing, but I didn’t really care for it. Plus it’s short, so you don’t have much to lose.

Another problem is the branching. Unless I missed something it doesn’t matter if you go to the village or patrol, which is a huge let down. There seems to be only one real path with a couple choices sprinked in along the way. Now I forgive that more for really long stories trying to tell a cohesive story, or for short stories who tell a short story and only have like 2-3 endings, but this story has a lot of pages and jumps forward in time a lot. It really needed longer branching.

The quality of writing is excellent as always, I wouldn’t expect anything less. It seemed like there was a decent amount of thought put into at least the history of the general, so it makes me wonder why there wasn’t more to this story. It doesn’t feel like time crunch to me, but who knows.

Either way I’m going to keep this review on the shorter side because I don’t have much more to say about the story. It just didn’t really click with me, but I’m sure a lot of other people would enjoy it.
