You are a relic hunter in search of the Cryptode. You begin your search in Rome. While searching you are confronted by the Group, a band of men who are also in search of the Cryptode. You are almost killed in the fight.

You must use weapons, skill, strategy and luck to find the cryptode before the Group does. You can choose between many different transportation methods like taxi, train, car, bus, helicopter, and plane. There is one secret level in the game, see if you can find it.

To make it a little fun, there are also four different endings:

Best/Special Ending - Exceptional Gameplay

Normal Ending, You did not meet the requirements for Best Ending but you found all the combinations for the Cryptode

Lucky Ending - Guessed on the Cryptode combination.

Wrong Guess Ending - Did not unlock the Cryptode and lose the game.

I would have given it an eight if not for the long fight on the mountain and it not being so difficult because I was just guessing on what to do at times. On the other hand, it had a nice use of items, amazing amount of options, and great spelling. It had action, mystery, puzzle solving, and just felt like a cool game.

Hmm, you use of the editor is amazing, but the constant mazes are really annoying (try to at least add a little variety, instead of making every room and every passage way the same) and the gun fights definatly need work (why are head shots so useless? Shouldn't their be more tactical options?). A little description would help a lot.
Also the final fight was just stupid, I must have killed like 20 guys before running out of bullets, then helath, and then by trying to use my armour I ended up travelling back in time to an earlier part of the game. You could have just shortened the fight, instead of making an epic battle.
Otherwise a pretty good game

This is an incredible game with a fun storyline that I found reminicent of many of the classic Adventure Games. Aside from a way-too-long final battle, the gameplay was very impressive. The author really took the system to the limit, including a driving-around chapter (with map and a YOU ARE HERE dot) and a Casino. I highly recommend taking the time to play this.

The final battle never ends, and I just clicked and clicked until I ran out of health and died...what sort of game is this?

Pretty good game. Humorous, and you used the editor well. However, there were a lot of dead ends because at the Vatican many of the options were in places that were "too dark". Also, in the fight sequence there, it gets a bit monotonous, and there are A LOT of ways to lose the game. Wish there was a way to conveniently leave the Vatican without going backwards in the story. Hard to keep track of health, money, luck, and all that when you hardly ever get to see what they are at. Needs some work, but still a really fun game. =)

I enjoyed it alot, I almost got fustrated in the crypts, but once I realised what I was doing wrong it went quickly and enjoyably, I got the special ending this time so may play through again to see what the other endings are like. I gave it a 7 but think I should mention (whilst trying not to put any spoilers in)the sheer length of the final section made me think it was glitched and I almost quit out thinking I was in an endless bad-guy loop, I must have been one or two clicks away from hitting the quit button before it let me end.

Probably my favourite game on the site so far! My only criticisms are the boring end fight sequence and the fact that there is no health loss difference for shooting an enemy in the head as opposed to shooting them in the body. Minor quibbles though, so 8/8.
