Flesh. It does not twist. It does not bend. It does not corrupt -Jhalf Roland, Compendium of Elemental Enigmas, Vol I
Even with the threat of a mancer revolution forever looming, the common people have always had faith in one fact. No matter how many elements the mancers learn to control, be it one of the six base elements of fire, air, water, earth, electricity, and light, or a combination element performed by multiple mancers such as lava, rain, metal, or lightning, their flesh, the very element that gives them life and thought, will not, and cannot, ever be controlled.
But if one was to control flesh, what path would they take? The ability to deform and manipulate another being's bone and muscle... surely that's absurd.
Synopsis:
Take control of Acidos (Ack-e-dose) Furh, a young electromancer who was just enrolled at the most prestigious mancy school on the continent; Messins Academy for Mancy. Unfortunately, his arrival coincides with a powerful threat to all of mancer kind...

A NEW ANTAGONIST APPROACHES!!!
The Wailing Monster
A mysterious creature that appears at key locations throughout the game. It watches Gran from afar, before leaping thousands of feet into the sky.
Woo! We finally got a main antagonist!

Huh. That actually helps a lot of my stories! I never even realized people had a system like that.

OH! I just realized what would be an AWESOME scene. In early ep 4, if you start to doubt the pro-registration side then you can write out that scene where Tony tries to override the Iron Spider suit! I love that scene. You could really imagine it in a Telltale game, complete with their dramatic music they play during every dramatic scene like that.

Okay, let me rephrase that.
For a story set after a nuclear war similar to Fallout, but without robots or plasma guns or lasers, but still with mutants, would it still be considered sci-fi?
October Co-Author Spooky Story Contest on 10/7/2016 12:45:47 AM
There's still almost an entire month left. You won't end up with a terrible story if you start now. Plenty of people are only just starting now. I mean, the contest began about ten days before October so the people who started early only got a ten day head start.

Not at all. You can enter literally three hours before the deadline if you wanted to.

For a fallout-style story, what genre would it belong to? Modern? Sci-fi? Horror?
