I am Riku Sohma, my existence is forbidden by magic council law due to the fact i was created using forgotten magic. My mothers Mizuki (The Mad Hatter) and Maria (The Crimson Hunter) are two of the Magic worlds most wanted criminals due to the massive amounts of Murder and assassinations on council members.
