Thanks for the help. There's a few more pieces I need to add to the mechanic, but it works.

I'm trying to set up a page where the text is different depending on what the variable's number is (The difference is based on whether or not the character has a flashlight). Would I accomplish this via an IF/THEN statement using the Source button in the editor?

Would it be overkill to set up a combination lock in a story? The way I figure, if I remember the variable mechanics right, I should be able to set it up while only using one page and a few interactive links that change each variable. Of course, I would have to provide clues to the combination. Otherwise, I'd imagine it would be rather irritating.

I promise to attempt a little more maturity than before. I can't help but roll my eyes at my previous account.
