I used $DEST := @PREV but the error 'The item cannot be used here.' shows since I don't have a default effect (page) assigned. SOLVED! - Assigned a page but it never goes there, so I'm good.

I have an item that I want readers to use as an 'oops', 'choose differently', 'wait back up'. item to return to the previous page and try again. If possible I want this to happen without going to a new page, unless the previous on the new page would take the reader to the page previous to when they used the item.
