The TOS do say that it's fine to download for non-commercial purposes which is what the project was. My mistake was in forgetting to remove the files when I made my github repository public.

Hey guys I'm the creator of AI Dungeon 2. I'm sorry if I caused anyone stress or you felt slighted. I didn't intend that at all. I had tried to reach out to whoever is in charge of this site by emailing them several weeks ago and didn't get any response. I honestly didn't expect my project to explode as much as it did. I'm just a undergraduate student who was making a fun project. I'm happy to discuss what I can do to help your community such as supporting whatever costs it takes to run this site etc.. Again I'm sorry for what happened.
