Hello! I've been trying to recover access to a mostly unused account I made almost ten years ago (it has a single draft story and no posts). I don't remember the credentials because, yeah, it was made ten years ago. I used the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the site to request access, but when I submitted my message through there, the site threw up an error: "An error occurred while sending your message: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception." I'd still love access to my old account and can share the details in a PM or elsewhere, but in any case, there's that bug.
