On Whitsunday, the holy day of Pentecost, King Arthur and his knights sit at the Round Table. On this auspicious day, they meet in fellowship and feast together, awaiting the moment where they shall renew their oaths...
...but something is amiss.
A new knight approaches, introduced by a mysterious, magical elder. The new knight takes the position of the Siege Perilous, the prophesied moment when the Holy Grail shall reveal itself! All the knights are called, but only so many will see it. Still, all answer the call with gusto!
One day while traveling, three knights of King Arthur's Court encounter that same elder they all encountered not so long ago. He issues a challenge to them: Whoever can brave the trials that lie beyond the door he's made will be rewarded with the ability to find the Holy Grail, provided they prove their character. Any who refuse the challenge will have no right to consider themselves worthy to pursue the search of a sacred object that all men desire.
The three knights accept the outrageous challenge. Which knight will you choose to lead, and what lies behind the door?
