Curious about whether global page, link, and page script affects the word count of a storygame. I've the forums reference that script increased word count a few times. However, when I add lots of complex script to a link, for example, my word count stays the same. Anyone know if it changes when you publish the story or was the information false?

From what I can see, text in scripts is simply not counted in word count.

That's sad: all I've been doing the last week has been ethnic cleansing of bugs and the hard work isn't even quantifiable.

I think scripts may be part of what the formula for the ?/8 length looks at, but I've heard too many conflicting claims about all of this to know anything for sure. The way it works also might have been changed the last time JJJ was around. He's the only one that could answer for certain.
