I didn't know if this is supposed to go here or in the Bugs and Problems forum.

So, here's my problem. Those of you who first read my story 'The Ocean's Daughter' knows that a lot of times a link isn't available on the Truth page. But I've checked the mechanics and it SHOULD work, so I want to know if anyone has any idea why it doesn't?

the way the link shows up is like this: score is kept throughout the game and at the end, on The Truth page, there are a few links to different endings. The variable restrictions are perfectly fine, I've checked them several times over, and it should definitely work, but it doesn't. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong, or should I get someone to add as coauthor to look themselves?

I don't get what the problem is from reading that. Tell me, do you have variables set to advancer or just...what was the other level again? Because if not, then the only way to apply variable restrictions is by having them be "between X and Y", which always confused me.

Without seeing it, I'd suggest re-checking the boolian logic of your link restrictions and looking at all the pages that lead into the page you have problem with.

There's no way we can tell you whats wrong if all you're saying is that it should be working because you think all the restrictions work fine.
