I'm u?sing my Nokia Lumia to use CYS but whenever I post a message on the forum, it adds random question marks to my post.

Yeah, CYS is not designed for mobile usage.  There's a number of weird bugs. 

Just wondering, would Alex be able to add another person to change the coding of the website or is it just him?

That's slightly entertaining to be honest. But yeah, the site is very weird when it comes to mobile devices. For example, whenever I'm reading through the forums on my Galaxy, some of the post are covered in cryptic symbols an icons seperating various parts of the post. It's quite the challenge, attempting to decipher what Sent was ranting about in the lounge.

Certain characters can become question marks when not encoded properly; things like diacritics or letters from non-Latin alphabets, but likely other things as well. Somewhere along the line some unsupported character's probably getting making its way into your text.

At least you can post. 

My phone still outright refuses to let me post anything on here from it.
