Is this right? The ratings for the quiz are below, yet it is rated a 3.

depends on the weighting. cuz if most members rated 1, 2 and3... then its alight....

remember romm. certain people have a higher weight on their ratings. for instance, alex's vote on a game counts more than your friend's rating. all these number issues you have are about statistics. something you will get to in college. just trust the people who are running the site.

does it not? lol i thought certain people were weighted more... meaning, for example only (not that its true), say a non member rates a game, if say october rates the same game, october's rating has more pull. i thought this was true... dont know now. lol oh well. forget what youve seen.
