Well I like the orphaned pages system but theres a small bug. Lets say you create five pages in a chapter, you decide that the start page is the fifth of those pages. So Now you don't link to the first one, whatsoever. That would mean that the first one is an orphaned page, however its not listed on the Orphaned pages list when you go to publish.
